Service Life Standard
Large loaders, excavators, etc., generally have a service life of 12 to 15 years. Small construction machinery such as small loaders have a service life of 8 to 10 years.
The mandatory scrapping period for loaders is 15 years. Special-purpose vehicles with cargo carrying functions are used for 15 years, and those without cargo carrying functions are used for 30 years.
Technical Condition Standard
Serious damage to key components: such as serious damage to the engine (such as cylinder scoring, bearing burning, etc.), resulting in a significant drop in power and inability to operate normally; frequent transmission system failures (such as frequent gear shifting in the gearbox, serious deformation or breakage of the transmission shaft); brake system failure, braking distance significantly exceeding the safety range, and repeated repairs still unable to solve the problem. These situations should result in mandatory scrapping.
Excessive repair costs: If an excavator is seriously damaged due to an accident, etc., and the repair cost exceeds 50% to 70% of the original value of the machinery, it should be mandatorily scrapped.
Environmental Protection Standard
Serious exceeding of exhaust emission standards: If the emission of pollutants such as nitrogen oxides and particulate matter far exceeds national standards, and after repeated repairs and adjustments, it still fails to pass environmental protection inspection, it needs to be mandatorily scrapped.
